- We disclaim liability for accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

- Meeting Score, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. 

- Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. 

12. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meeting Score, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. 

13. Modifications 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
